Why we’re opening S11 Reformer Pilates
Lauren and Jono discovered Reformer Pilates in 2021 and instantly connected with the way it challenged the body while improving strength, control and movement quality. What started as a shared interest quickly grew into a genuine belief in the power of Reformer Pilates, not just as a form of exercise, but as a tool for long-term health, performance and rehabilitation.
We live active lives and, between us, have experienced our fair share of injuries, from ACL tears to rotator cuff problems (and many more). We know first-hand how frustrating it is when pain or setbacks take you away from the other sports and activities you enjoy.
